A San Clemente Wedding Photographer’s Guide to Enchanting Venues

As a San Clemente wedding photographer, I’ve had the privilege of photographing and capturing magic moments in this picturesque town. With its stunning vistas and romantic ambiance, San Clemente offers a myriad of captivating venues for tying the knot. I’m delighted to share some of my favorite wedding venues in San Clemente, each offering its own unique charm.

Downtown San Clemente Venue

Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens has been a landmark for years. Nestled atop a bluff overlooking the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean, Casa Romantica exudes old-world charm. With its lush gardens, sweeping ocean views, and historic architecture, this venue provides a truly enchanting backdrop for weddings. Also, the location is close to San Clemente Pier. Perfect, if you choose to escape for some gorgeous sunset photos.

Coastal Location Near Ave Pico

The Casino San Clemente: Step into 1920s glamour and sophistication. Uniquely, this is a vintage-inspired venue that exudes timeless romance. With its Spanish-style architecture, oceanfront location, and stunning ballroom, it’s the perfect setting for a Gatsby-esque celebration.

The Ole Hanson Beach Club: Perched above the sparkling sands of North Beach, The Ole Hanson Beach Club is a beloved San Clemente landmark. As can be seen in photos, It’s beautiful oceanfront location is a draw. Also, Its Spanish Colonial Revival architecture is very attractive with plenty of reception space both indoor and outdoor. Furthermore, enjoy ocean views while dining on the oceanfront terrace. All this appeal makes it an idyllic setting for a seaside wedding ceremony.

Sprawling San Clemente Ocean Views

The Gray Matter Museum of Art: A few years ago, this venue was located in Newport Beach. But, the view in San Clemente was a huge factor in their relocation. Now, it offers one of the most stunning coastal views for it’s outdoor ceremonies. Furthermore, inside it is very chic and modern. Additionally, they have a spacious getting ready room for the bride.  While the reception area is not the largest on the list, it certainly makes up with design. The bar is perfectly situated to keep guests happy and the layout is optimized for weddings. In all, it is a great new San Clemente venue for couples looking for that coastal charm.  

Golf Course Location

San Clemente Shore by Wedgewood Weddings: Finally, For a truly unique wedding experience, consider exchanging vows adjacent to the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course. With the sun setting just behind the outdoor ceremony area, it’s a romantic and intimate setting. In fact this is where I love to shoot romantics as the sun is setting behind the couple. Also, you may have the option to escape to the beach for photographs if we have the time in your schedule. 

Another great feature is the spacious indoor ballroom overlooking the golf course. Gusts can also enjoy cocktails outside and enjoy the outdoor fire pit at night.
