How many weddings do you take on per year?
As a full-time business owner I try to give my full attention and creativity to all projects we shoot. This requires us to limit how many weddings we will shoot per year. Please understand if we are unable to shoot your wedding or event if we have too many bookings on the calendar during a heavy booking season. We try to limit our weddings to about 25/year.
How do you work with other vendors?
Being both a professional photographer and videographer I often get booked for one service only on a wedding day. We love working with other vendors and understand what we need to do to make their job easier. We will always try and cooperate with your other vendors to make sure they can do their job to the best of their ability. We do all we can to best serve the couple as a team.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major forms of payment are accepted. (e-transfer, venmo, cash, credit, etc.)
How long will you keep our photos & films?
Your digital files will be sent to you and saved for 1 year. We encourage you to download and back up all your photos once delivered. Your films are available for download on a vidflow website for 10 years. From vidflow you will be able to stream your video to your TV and mobile devices. You must download your video and back it up on your hard drive for safekeeping.
How many cameras do you shoot with? What cameras are they?
During the day we have 2 cameras shooting at all times but we use a 4 camera set up during the ceremony. As far as gear goes we shoot with a Canon R6, Canon C100 MarkII, Canon 5D Mark iV and Lumix GH5.

What's your cancellation policy?
When you book with us, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to save your date. In the case that you completely cancel your wedding, this fee is not refundable. But we always allow the option to reschedule on a date that is agreeable to both photographer and client.
When can we expect to hear from you?
We always respond as quickly as possible to all inquiries in the same day. Unless we receive your inquiry late at night. In those special cases we respond the next morning.
How long will it take to get our photos or film back?
We deliver all photos within 2 weeks of your wedding day. Wedding films are delivered 4-6 weeks from your wedding date. All digital products are delivered online for digital download.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fees shall be charged for weddings within 100 miles of our 92688 zip code in Orange County, CA
Can we make changes to our video?
You can ask for minor changes to your video after it is delivered. We can make a few select changes one time at no charge. Additional edits will incur a small editing fee.
